Recently, Wang Junzheng, Secretary of the Communist Party of China Tibet Autonomous Region Committee, listened to a report by Professor Chen Keshi from Zhongying Urban Design Team on the urban design plan for "Paizhen Flower City" in Nyingchi. He emphasized the need to base the project on the positioning of a "characteristic town," seize the historical opportunity, refine ethnic elements, and develop a unique architectural style that "externally showcases ethnic features while internally embedding modern functionality."

Professor Chen Keshi proposed the urban image positioning of "Nanjiabawa · Paizhen Flower City", with the flower city as the theme, adhering to the concept of "flower as the soul", creating a unique landscape of "ten miles of peach blossoms, a new city", and together with the surrounding snow peaks, forests, and rivers, forming a fairyland like tourist town painting. Form four major economic pillars: tourism and sightseeing, cultural exhibitions, ecological vacations, and traditional handicrafts. The project innovation adopts a spatial structure of "central square leading+radial road network", dividing the urban area into five characteristic clusters. Each group is centered around green spaces and equipped with a riverside commercial pedestrian street, which is organically connected through a zigzag shaped mountain road network.
